What is PE Coating & Lamination Solutions?
PE coating and lamination adapt a selected base paper to the barrier and converting requirements of the finished product.
For a quotation, specify base-paper grammage, required coating weight per side, coated sides, laminate structure, reel or sheet dimensions and intended use. Confirm heat sealing, liquid or grease resistance and applicable food-contact documentation for the final construction.

What papers can be PE coated?
The current capability ranges from lightweight MG kraft and other papers through card / board and up to approximately 3 mm grey board.
Can YOUNGSUN coat both sides?
Yes. Single- and double-side PE structures can be developed according to the project.
Can paper be laminated with aluminium foil?
Yes. Gold / silver and other aluminium-foil composite structures can be discussed by application.
Can you combine paper with woven material?
Yes, project-specific paper / woven-material composites are part of the current solution direction.
Why is there no single GSM table?
The GSM depends on the selected base paper and coating or laminate layers. A quotation follows the complete material construction.
