About YOUNGSUN GROUP

Established in 2002, YOUNGSUN GROUP manufactures and supplies paper and paperboard to packaging manufacturers, printers and distributors in more than 100 countries and markets.

We produce grey board in Dongguan and black paper in Jiangxi, supported by custom converting, our own warehouses and an international business center in Hong Kong. Our range covers Packaging Board, Specialty Paper, Printing & Culture Paper and Food Packaging Paper.

Grey board manufacturing

Our Dongguan base produces grey board for packaging and structural applications. The production photographs show the equipment and working floor behind our board supply. We confirm thickness, sheet format and intended converting requirements with each order.

Our Jiangxi base manufactures black paper for printing and packaging. These photographs show the black paper production line. Grammage, dimensions, surface requirements and sheet or reel supply are confirmed against your application and approved sample.

Paper prepared for your equipment

Converting at our Dongguan base connects the selected material to the format your production needs. We agree the size, width, grain, core and finishing requirements before work begins. The appropriate process depends on the paper grade and finished product.

Warehouse support for planned orders

Our own warehouses hold 50,000 tons of ready stock across the supply portfolio. Sheet pallets and paper rolls are stored for order allocation and converting. Tell us your grade, grammage, dimensions and quantity so our team can confirm current availability and the dispatch plan.

Export loading

From packed material to container

Different formats call for different packing and loading arrangements. These photographs show black paper reels, wrapped white reels and sheet pallets inside export containers. We coordinate packing, shipping marks and loading details against the confirmed order.

Quality control

What we check
before supply.

We check thickness, grammage, colour, dimensions, texture and moisture content. Each check addresses a practical selection requirement: board thickness, paper weight, colour matching, cutting accuracy, surface finish or material moisture. Share your specification and approved sample with our team before ordering.
