Who we are
This website presents YoungSun Group’s paper, paperboard and converting services. For questions about your information, contact alice@yspaper.com. Our contact office is at No. 167, Meijing West Road, Dalang, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
Information you choose to share
When you request a quote or sample, we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, product interest and message, plus your company and country if provided. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.
How we use enquiries
We use this information to respond, clarify specifications, prepare quotations or samples and follow up on your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Services that process information
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are processed by our server and our configured delivery service: FormSubmit, or Resend when configured. Our sales team receives them by email. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and service logs, for operation and security. These providers and our team may process information outside your country.
Browser storage and external services
We use local storage (youngsun-consent-v1) to remember your privacy choice in this browser. It stays until you change it or clear browser storage. We do not currently install advertising or analytics cookies. Google Maps is loaded only after you allow external content; it then receives information such as your IP address and may use its own cookies. Clicking WhatsApp, social media or external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
Retention and access
We retain enquiry correspondence for responding and necessary business follow-up. Retention depends on the request, ongoing business relationships and applicable record-keeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email alice@yspaper.com. We may need to verify your identity and may need to keep records where required by law.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS and keep delivery credentials on the server. No internet service can guarantee complete security. This notice may be updated when our services or practices change. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
